MISSISSAUGA, Ont. and BROMONT, Que.—May 2, 2019—Just weeks remain until CPES2019, Canada’s premier conference and trade show exhibition for flexible and hybrid electronics (FHE), presented by intelliFLEX Innovation Alliance.

CPES2019 takes place from May 16-17 at Domaine Chateau-Bromont, in Bromont, Que. The event will feature 150-plus expected integrators, industrial companies and researchers for can’t-miss networking, technical updates and ecosystem connections crucial for commercializing FHE technology in Internet of Things (IoT) devices.

Industry-leading speakers

The event features 20-plus industry-leading speakers from business, research, and academia, along with a NovaCentrix-led panel discussion on better ways to facilitate collaboration between industry and academia. Speakers hail from organizations such as Geotab, the Xerox Research Centre of Canada, Sunray Scientific, FUJIFILM Dimatix, Jones Packaging, APMA, McMaster University, the University of Guelph, and many others.

A sold-out trade show

The trade show portion of the event is 100-per-cent sold out. Exhibitors such as Brilliant Matters, CERADROP, CMC Microsystems, Finetech, GGI Solutions, Heraeus, NovaCentrix, Cicor Group and the National Research Council of Canada will demonstrate exciting new technologies from their tabletop displays. They’ll join sponsors such as Varitron, C2MI, Xenon, the NSERC Green Electronics Network and Sheridan College’s Centre for Advanced Manufacturing and Design Technologies for the two day event, which also features tours of C2MI’s new advanced manufacturing centre for scale-up manufacturing.

The event will also feature Innovation Awards in the categories of Women in STEM and Business Icon of the Year.
