Achieving quorum is crucial for the CPEIA’s first AGM, to ratify our bylaws and elect our first Board of Directors. If you cannot attend in person, is it important for you to delegate your vote to a proxy. You proxy can be any other Full Member of the Association, or the CPEIA’s Executive Director.
