Sept. 5: Group NanoXplore of Montreal has completed a reverse takeover transaction with Graniz Mondal Inc. that has given NanoXplore a public listing on the TSX Venture Exchange and raised $9.7 million through a private placement.
NanoXplore is Canada’s largest producer of graphene and one of the largest graphene producers in the world. The combination of high quality and highly effective graphene, high volume capacity and low costs allows NanoXplore to supply graphene and graphene composite solutions to address printed and flexible electronic applications. Areas of interest include functional inks, substrates and coatings.
Graniz Mondal Inc. is in the supply business for graphene companies like NanoXplore. It holds interests in one mineral property located in Northern Québec, and an option on a graphite deposit in the region of Mont-Laurier.
