Sept. 18, New Electronics: Looking to develop an alternative to the rigid batteries that power-up medical implants, a team from Queen’s University Belfast has developed a flexible and organic supercapacitor with a longer cycle life. The team also believes the device could be manufactured using readily available natural materials, rather than metals or semiconductors.
